Terms of Service
Last updated August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Lienuc. By creating an account or using a Lienuc link, you agree to them.
The service
Lienuc lets you select files from Google Drive, copy them to private storage, and share stable website links. A published file is an immutable snapshot of the selected source at the time it was copied. Lienuc does not silently sync Drive changes. Use Refresh from Drive when you want a new version, and unpublish a file when you no longer want its link delivered.
Google Workspace-native files such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides are not published as ordinary Drive files. Export them to a supported file, such as PDF, before publishing.
Your account and files
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You may publish only files you have the right to copy and deliver. Do not use Lienuc for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive material, or in a way that disrupts the service or other users.
You control links created in your account. Public links can be accessed by anyone who receives the link, so do not publish confidential material unless public sharing is appropriate for it.
Trial, usage, and payment
A new account receives a 14-day no-card trial with 2 GiB of accepted delivery bytes. The standard paid plan is $9 per month and includes 25 GiB of accepted delivery bytes. Additional accepted delivery is charged at $0.15 per GiB. Your account also has a delivery cap, shown in the app, to help limit unexpected charges; the default cap is 100 GiB for a billing period.
Usage is the response size Lienuc authorizes when it begins a successful file response, including a requested byte range. Canceling after the response starts does not reduce that amount. HEAD checks, unchanged-file responses, rejected requests, and failed requests count as zero delivery bytes. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the billing portal. Taxes, if applicable, may be shown by Stripe. You can cancel at the end of your current billing period from the Billing page.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lienuc when reasonably necessary for security, operations, legal requirements, or service improvements. We may suspend access to protect the service or respond to a violation of these terms. We will make material pricing or term changes available before they apply where practical.
Disclaimers and limits
Lienuc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free delivery or that every file is suitable for every use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lienuc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how Lienuc handles information, including the limited Google Drive permission. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@lienuc.com.
