Privacy Policy

Last updated August 11, 2026

This policy explains what Lienuc handles when you use its website, connect Google Drive, publish files, or contact support.

Information we handle

When you sign in with Google, Lienuc receives your Google subject identifier, email address, display name, and avatar when Google provides them. We keep account, session, subscription, and usage records needed to operate your account and calculate delivery charges.

Lienuc asks Google only for the drive.file permission. That permission is used for files you choose through the Google Picker or otherwise explicitly open with Lienuc; it does not give Lienuc access to your entire Drive. We store an encrypted refresh token so that an explicit refresh you request can copy the selected file again. You can disconnect Drive in Settings.

Files and published links

When you publish a selected file, Lienuc copies that point-in-time version into private Cloudflare R2 storage and records its file name, type, size, source identifier, and delivery status. A public link serves that stored snapshot, not Google Drive. Editing a Drive file does not change a published link; only an explicit refresh creates a new immutable version.

Lienuc retains delivery data in edge and service caches where appropriate so links can be served reliably. Cached copies follow the immutable stored version and are not used to access other Drive files. Unpublishing stops public delivery of the link.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, connect the files you choose, create and deliver links, protect the service, provide support, measure accepted delivery bytes, and administer subscriptions. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it.

Cloudflare provides the application, private file storage, delivery, and operational telemetry. Stripe processes subscription and payment information. Lienuc receives billing status and Stripe identifiers needed to manage your subscription, not full payment-card details.

Choices and retention

You can disconnect Google Drive, unpublish files, or cancel a subscription from your account. Disconnecting prevents new Drive access but does not remove snapshots already published. Account and billing records are kept for as long as needed to run the account, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Delivery telemetry is retained according to the service's operational retention settings.

To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email support@lienuc.com. Some records may need to be kept where required for billing, security, or legal reasons.

Security

Lienuc uses signed sessions, encrypted refresh-token storage, private object storage, and access-controlled service components. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed secure; keep your account and Google credentials protected.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Lienuc's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy statement, including the Limited Use requirements.
